Catchflo to Cease Operations

Catchflo, fly fishing’s first and only “fishy” casual, custom footwear brand, is ceasing operations.

CEO Day Moyers noted on Instagram: 

“In June 2021 I Launched Catchflo from scratch, bootstrapped and out of nowhere with a simple vision to create fun casual fishy footwear for passionate anglers.

Four years later, the journey has come to an end, as I’ve made the difficult but necessary business decision to close Catchflo and thus end our run as the ‘fishiest footwear on the planet.’

As with any startup company and brand you never know unless you try and there’s always much to be learned and gained regardless of the outcome. Catchflo was that for me, and I thank you for joining me on my journey.

If you’re someone who’s thought about starting a business I encourage you to go ‘get in the arena,’ as you’ll never know unless you try, and win or lose, you’ll have incredible experiences, relationships and learnings you can carry for a lifetime both professionally and personally.”
