Winston and Bauer Strengthen Sales Force with Key Hires

The R.L. Winston Rod Company and Bauer Fly Reels, located in Twin Bridges, Montana, announce two key additions to their sales team: Jay Beebe as Sales Manager and Tyson Webb as the Northern Rockies Sales Representative, covering Montana and Idaho.

With over a decade of industry experience from brands such as Far Bank Enterprises and most recently Shimano (G-Loomis), Jay Beebe will help Winston and Bauer evolve the two brands into new markets.

Ty Webb began his fly-fishing career at Bob Marriott’s Fly Fishing Store and soon moved into guiding, laying the foundation for what’s become a decade-long career in the industry.

“I’ve spent over 20 years in the fly-fishing industry, and the Northern Rockies have been home for most of it,” said Webb. “Repping fly rods with this much history and soul, like Winston rods and Bauer reels, is something I’m truly fired up about. They’re built right here in Montana by people who live and breathe fly fishing, and it shows every time you put them in a customer's hands.”

Previous Northern Rockies Representative, Eric Neufeld of Raging River Sales, has downsized his territory and continues to represent Winston and Bauer in the Northwest region, including Alaska, Washington and Oregon.
